Additional Use Grant
You may use the Licensed Work in production, provided that ALL of the following conditions are true:
- Not offered as a service. You are not offering the Licensed Work, or a substantial portion thereof, as a managed service, hosted platform, or as-a-service to third parties.
- Revenue threshold. Your organization's total gross annual revenue does not exceed $2,000,000 USD.
- No derived competing products. You have not created a product or service that is substantially similar to, or competitive with, the Licensed Work using knowledge obtained from examining the Licensed Work's source code, documentation, or architecture. Organizations that create such products or services are classified as commercial users and must obtain a commercial license from the Licensor, regardless of revenue.

Terms
The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensed Work. The Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above, permitting limited production use.
Effective on the Change Date, or the fourth anniversary of the first publicly available distribution of a specific version of the Licensed Work, whichever comes first, the Licensor hereby grants you rights under the terms of the Change License, and the rights granted in the paragraph above terminate.
If your use of the Licensed Work does not comply with the requirements currently in effect as described in this License, you must purchase a commercial license from the Licensor, its affiliated entities, or authorized resellers, or you must refrain from using the Licensed Work.
